Hello, dear Creator!
I am super excited for this exchange, and to see what you make for me! Please note that the prompts below are all optional and if you have any ideas already, or come up with something different, please go for it! Outside of my DNWs I'm very easy to please.
DNW: No really graphic violence (canon-typical is fine). Canon-divergence AUs are fine, but nothing that takes it out of the canon world--no coffee shop AUs or whatever, in other words. No smut, please, or incest, etc (not that this really applies to a gen exchange). I would also not like anything movie-verse, especially for The Hobbit.
The Silmarillion
Freeform Tags: Character Study, Silmarillion - Maglor's Wanderings After the First Age, Complicated Family Dynamics, Family Fluff, Friends Supporting Each Other Through Tough Times, Male-Female Friendship, Worldbuildling, Tolkien - Halls of Mandos, Aroace Character(s), Hurt/Comfort
Elwing: Elwing navigating Alqualonde and/or the rest of Valinor during and after the War of Wrath is endlessly interesting to me. I'd love to see her interacting with her own family and with the Noldor of Tirion, but also with the Vanyar, or the Ainur, or just Valinor itself.
Elured & Elurin & Celegorm: This encounter could go so many ways and I am interested in them all. Within Mandos would be neat, but so would a meeting outside of Mandos, whether Elured and Elurin died in Doriath or survived to sail West later.
Elured & Elurin: I really like to imagine that they survived Doriath, somehow--how that happened and what happened after would be really lovely. I've written my version but I'd love to see others! Or if they do die in the forest, I would love a fic exploring their reembodiment (as children!) in Valinor.
Maglor & Elrond: A post-Silmarillion meeting between them would be lovely--at any point up until Elrond sails West. Or even after, if/when Maglor sails himself! I don't want full-fluff for them, because I think the relationship while loving is very complicated, and even if Elrond sees Maglor as a father-figure I would prefer if he doesn't call him Father.
Melian: Melian learning about the Elves once she emerges from the woods with Thingol would be lovely. So would an exploration of what she does with herself after she leaves Doriath for Valinor again.
Luthien Tinuviel & Melian: Melian teaching Luthien magic, or dancing, or singing--or anything! Mom/daughter good times--or bad times--would be really wonderful.
Lalwen: I would love to see literally just about anything expanding on Lalwen. She did she do in Middle-earth?
Maglor: I really love Maglor Through History fics. You can plunk him down in just about any historical setting and I will be delighted.
Finarfin & Gil-galad: They had to work together during the War of Wrath and that tension would be super interesting--because Finarfin outranks GIl-galad and is much older, but Gil-galad has far more experience actually fighting the enemy. I'm not picky about whichever Gil-galad parentage you pick, or if you want to go the Finduilas-is-Gil-galad AU route, that would be pretty cool too!
Celebrimbor & Finduilas: I just really want them to be friends in Nargothrond. Celebrimbor needs at least one, especially after his father leaves. I like to think that Finduilas offered him some much needed support, both politically and personally.
Celebrimbor & Narvi: Friends making cool stuff together! Also anything expanding on Narvi, and on Eregion and its friendship with Khazad-dum.

Gilraen & Ivorwen: There's nothing to suggest that Ivorwen wasn't still around when Gilraen returned to the Dunedain; I'd like to see her helping Gilraen settle back into that life after so long in Rivendell.
Gilraen: I would love an exploration of how she got to that point of despair where she is when Aragorn last sees her.
Bilbo Baggins & Elrond: Bilbo spends like seventeen years in Rivendell making firm friends with Elrond before Frodo shows up; a gapfiller from any point during that time would be absolutely delightful.
Bilbo Baggins & Frodo Baggins: There had to be more to it than sharing a birthday that made Bilbo want to adopt Frodo as his heir, and I'd love to know what that was. Also, the two of them settling into Valinor would be delightful. I was thinking of the hobbits sailing West when I chose the "setting foot on an alien word" tag.
Aragorn & Bilbo Baggins: It's likely that ten-year-old Estel met Bilbo on his way to or from the Lonely Mountain, and that would be very cute, but an older adult Aragorn being forcibly befriended by a much older Bilbo after he retires to Rivendell would be even better.
Frodo Baggins & Sam Gamgee: I'd really love Frodo welcoming Sam to Valinor when he finally sails. Or more pre-canon developing friendship scenes.
Frodo Baggins: I would really really love to see Frodo exploring Valinor, finding healing and peace, interacting with the land itself or with the Valar and Maiar who live there.
Goldberry: What does she get up to when she's not playing hostess to wayward hobbits or dragging Tom Bombadil into the Withywindle by his beard?
Tom Bombadil: What does HE get up to when he's not rescuing wayward hobbits or gathering lilies for Goldberry?
Original Fallohide Hobbit: Hobbit history! The Fallohides were the last ones to leave the vales of the Anduin, and were more friendly with the Elves than the other hobbits. What was their worldview like? Was it one of these who was the Took who allegedly took a Fairy Wife?
Creator's Choice of Rangers & Hobbits: Hobbits encountering Rangers with absolutely no idea of who they really are is a delightful idea. Maybe some Brandybucks or Tooks, or some bounders on patrol--I'd be quite as happy with OCs as with canon characters.

Belladonna Took:
Belladonna Took & Donnamira Took & Mirabella Took:
Belladonna Took & Elves:
Gandalf & Belladonna Took:
Bilbo Baggins & Belladonna Took:
All of the above prompts can be lumped together into the fact that I cannot get enough Belldadonna Took content--her solo adventures, or with Gandalf, or adventures with her sisters (and/or their brothers! or even outsider POV of other hobbits--they are the Three Remarkable Daughters of the Old Took, but what does that mean? What does it mean when Tolkien tells us that Belladonna was famous?), or mini-adventures with Baby Bilbo. Go wild!
Original Character From Lake-Town:
Original Character From Dale:
Either one of these would be neat for a look at the greater Long Lake region post-Smaug, with the rebuilding of Lake-town and the reestablishment of Dale--what that looks like as people split off to go to Dale, or maybe come from elsewhere. There's also Mirkwood and the Lonely Mountain in the mix. I don't even necessarily want a wider look at the whole region--a smaller personal story would be great as well, just to flesh out the people who got caught up in Thorin's quest and what they thought about the whole thing.
