It's been a minute, and I haven't been reading a ton but I just checked and apparently I've finished more books than I thought since I last did one of these. So here goes:
The Hobbit - Did a reread because it's been a while. This book is such a delight, I love it so much.
Emily Wilde's Encyclopaedia of Faeries, by Heather Fawcett - This was quite fun! Emily is a very fun narrator because she likes to think she's more curmudgeonly than she really is. Her dog is the Best Boy, and Bambleby is very fun, except I keep wanting to call him Brambleby instead. I also like all the weirdness of the faeries.
The Serpent Sea, by Heather Wells - The second Raksura book. This is the ILL that I only had for a week. I'm really enjoying this series! Wells is such a good worldbuilder.
The Goblin Emperor, by Katherine Addison - My yearly reread, of course it's great. And I finished it just in time for The Tomb of Dragons release, which I just got in the mail today and am very excited about.
